Herbalife24 Peanut Butter Cup Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 14 g Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport, Creamy Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. white chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup water
For the chocolate layer:
- 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder + extra for dusting (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. water
Method:
- Place Peanut Butter Filling ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Set aside while you prepare the chocolate layer.
- In a small bowl whisk together chocolate layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large mug or mason jar.
- Pour the Peanut Butter Filling mixture over the chocolate layer.
- Dust the surface with cocoa powder, if desired. Cover mug with plastic wrap or lid, and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow pudding to set.
